Private Pilot

Start out by acquiring the Private Pilot certificate. Upon completion, you’ll be able to conduct nonprofit flights alone or with your family and friends. Whether it’s just an exciting hobby to bring joy and happiness into your life or a stepping stone to a commercial pilot certificate, Olie Aviation is the right place to come.

Instrument Rating

Want to go further and develop a truly remarkable skill? Earn an instrument rating to make precise and accurate flight control corrections and improve flight safety. Weather can change quickly, so you should be prepared for anything. You'll learn to operate aircraft in inclement weather conditions relying only on the instruments through challenging but definitely rewarding training.

If your goal is to become a commercial pilot or a flight instructor, getting an IR is your next milestone after obtaining a Private Pilot Certificate.

Commercial Pilot

Flying is what you're going to do for a living? Our commercial pilot training program helps you get both theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed for demonstrating proficiency during the exam. As a result, you will be prepared for whatever your future career may hold. After successfully completing this program, you will be able to call yourself a 'professional pilot.'

Recurrent Training

Our Recurrent Training course is meticulously designed to ensure pilots maintain the highest standards of proficiency and safety. Whether you’re looking to meet regulatory requirements, enhance your skills, or get back into the cockpit after a break, our comprehensive training modules have you covered.

Certified Flight Instructor

You’ve worked really hard to become a professional pilot; now it’s time to pass your skills along. Learn how to become an effective teacher and share your knowledge with novices. Upon completion, you will have a CFI position waiting for you here at Olie Aviation!

Being a certified flight instructor, you can achieve multiple goals at the same time—build flight time to be eligible for airline pilot jobs, gain experience and deepen your own knowledge by teaching others. Win-win.

Certified Flight Instructor Instrument

Our instrument instructor rating program adds instrument instructor privileges to your current flight instructor certificate with single-engine privileges. This program provides all necessary ground and flight instruction for tasks required by the Single-Engine Instrument Instructor Airman Certification Standards, including 10 hours of single-engine flight time, which includes the use of the aircraft for the checkride.
